Couldn’t get in the room, the room card was not working, we had to go down twice to the front desk for them too reregister the card key and finally the person at the desk came to see what was the problem to realize the card readers needed a new battery! After a long trip it was very upsetting, we waited 40 mn to be able to go in our room.

Location is excellent, in front of property is the taxi stand. Apartment is clean and spacious. My only problem is the old styled elevator. I came back after hour and the last person who used the elevator did not manually close the door so elevator was stuck all the way up on the top floor. I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. If u have mobility issues, do not book this place. Elevator barely fits 4 people and MUST be manually closed otherwise, it’s stuck esp if no one at the reception after hour.

"The room once we got in was ok. But mis represented. It was two rooms with dogs between not a 2 bed room suite. We got upgraded because of bad check in. So hotel tried to be good. Room we first saw was far less then upgrade. Never stated. Breakfast was good. With good selections. Pool was not large ..."
